Change Agent

God revives! That is the astonishing and encouraging message continually shared by the exilic and post-exilic prophets. From Ezekiel’s dry bones vision to Nehemiah’s walls to Haggai’s temple construction, what seemed hopeless and dead is brought to life by God. He gets all glory in this, and it is an honor for humans to be used in God’s restoration. To be most useful in revival, one should follow the lead of Nehemiah and develop godly character.
