FAQs
What time should we meet?
Most groups gather about 30 minutes before school starts, but it’s flexible based on your school’s start time.
What about homeschoolers?
Homeschool students are more than welcome to join! You can meet at the church with other homeschool families, or even join a public school’s gathering if you want to participate there. The goal is to be united in prayer wherever you are!
Who can participate?
Everyone! Students, teachers, staff—anyone who wants to pray is welcome to join.
Do I have to lead the prayer?
Not necessarily! You can lead, share the responsibility with friends, or ask someone else to take charge. The most important thing is that everyone feels encouraged to participate.
How can I invite others?
Use group texts, social media, and even school announcements (if allowed) to spread the word.
Do we need any supplies?
You don’t need anything special—just a heart for prayer! Some groups like to bring Bibles, journals, or speakers for worship music.
How can I get involved with Student Ministry?
There are so many ways that you can help and we're always on the lookout for adult Jesus-lovers who can pour into students. You could run a game, fill in as a small-group sub, help plan or coordinate an event, teach a lesson on a Sunday, host, lead a small-group and so much more! Pray about it and then reach out to Dean Snowball (dsnowball@friscobible.com) for High School and Moshe Santillan (msantillan@friscobible.com) for Middle School opportunities.
