Come and serve at Fall Retreat! November 10 - 12 

Fall Retreat is just around the corner, and we have some exciting serving opportunities for parents who would like to help us make this event memorable and successful. Our Fall Retreat is a special time for our youth to build healthy relationships and experience growth as a community. To ensure this retreat is a success, we are seeking assistance in various areas of service, and your talents and skills could greatly contribute to the success of this event.

Here are the areas where we could use your assistance:
From Wed 11/8 to Friday 11/10 at Frisco Bible Church
 

  1. Lighting and Sound Tech: If you have experience or expertise in lighting and sound technology, your help in creating a vibrant and immersive atmosphere would be invaluable.
  2. Woodwork: Skilled in woodworking? We have some creative projects that would benefit from your expertise.
  3. Floral Design: Do you have a knack for floral arrangements? Your touch could bring beauty and elegance to our retreat setting.
  4. Event Planning: If you have event planning experience, your insights and organizational skills would be greatly appreciated.
  5. Catering Skills: Those with catering skills can help ensure our meals are not only delicious but also well-organized.
  6. Substitute Leaders and Host Homes: We are also in need of substitute leaders and substitute host homes in case we experience cancellations. Your willingness to step in would be a tremendous support.
  7. Check-In Table Assistance: We need help at the check-in table to ensure a smooth start to the retreat.
  8. Set-Up and Clean-Up Team: Your assistance with setting up before the retreat and cleaning up afterward will help us maintain a welcoming and organized space.
Your contribution, no matter how big or small, will make a significant difference in the experience our youth have during this retreat.
